“I whole-heartedly support a strengths-based approach to therapy, and I work collaboratively with clients to provide skills and support to assist in coping with life’s many stressors. I am a big believer in the importance of staying up-to-date on developments in clinical approaches in order to provide the best evidence-based treatment for my clients. I feel that the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of any therapy journey, and I aim to provide a non-judgemental, open, and warm space for exploration”
