I am passionate about providing people with the tools to improve psychological flexibility and resilience, developing skills to manage difficult thoughts and feelings so that they have less impact over them, and helping them create and live an engaged, meaningful and fulfilling life.

Above all, my approach is client-centred. I prioritise building rapport and a strong therapeutic relationship. I see my patients as “stuck” not broken, and my therapy as a way of developing skills to help people get moving again and in a direction that is consistent with their values and goals
